The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Good Therapy Ltd. The term the “Site” refers to Www.Plum-Psychology.com. The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, and any other users of the site.

The term “service” refers to blogs, newsletters, emails, social media posts, online courses, digital products, online workshops or webinars , recordings and the free downloadable guides.

Use of  www.plum-psychology.com, including all materials presented herein and all online services provided by Plum Psychology, is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all site visitors, customers, and all other users of the site. By using the Site or Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.

Use of the site is free of charge.

www.plum-psychology.com is a site hosted by Wix on behalf of Good Therapy LTD ("We"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 14469820. By using our site you accept these terms

To access or use the Sites, you must be 18 years of age or older and have the requisite power and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions. Children under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the Site.

 

By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our site. We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.

There are other terms that may apply to you. These terms of use refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of our site:

We only provide our site and services for domestic and private use.  You agree not to use our site or services for any commercial or business purposes,

Workshop Recordings & Digital Products

When purchasing access to our live or pre-recorded workshops, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Access to live events is provided via secure online streaming using Zoom

  • Recording access is limited to 60 days from the date of the live webinar

  • Your purchase is for personal use only and cannot be shared with others

  • You may not record, copy, redistribute, or reproduce the recording

  • Technical requirements for accessing the webinar are your responsibility

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events with reasonable notice

  • Refunds will be provided in accordance with our refund policy if an event is cancelled

Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree that:

  • All payments must be made in full before access is granted to any workshop, digital product or recording

  • Prices are displayed in GBP

  • Digital products and workshop purchases are non-refundable, however, if you made the purchase in error please contact us within 3 hours of purchase so we can cancel the order, you will be refunded the price, minus a £10 processing fee.

  • Recording access cannot be extended beyond the 60-day period

 

Account Creation

 In order to use a Digital Product or Service, you may be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, username and password, and other personal information. You agree that any registration information you give to us will always be accurate, correct, and up to date. You must not impersonate someone else or provide account information or an email address other than your own. Your account must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. 
 

Intellectual Property Rights To Your Materials

 

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you supply to Plum Psychology. You retain copyright and any other rights you may rightfully hold in any content that you submit through the Site or Service. Content you submit to Plum Psychology remains yours to the extent that you have any legal claims therein. You agree to hold Dr Claire Plumbly harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of any potential or actual copyright or trademark misappropriation or infringement claimed against you. By posting material on the Site, you grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, irrevocable license to use the material for promotional, business development, and marketing purposes.

 

 

Our Intellectual Property Rights

 

The Site and Service contain intellectual property owned by Dr Claire Plumbly and Good Therapy Ltd, including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the Site or Service Content or intellectual property, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to immediately remove you from the Service, without refund, if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy.

You agree not to:

  • Share your access credentials with others

  • Record, copy, or download the webinar or recording

  • Distribute or share any provided materials

  • Use the content for commercial purposes

 

Lawful Purposes
 

 You may use the Site and Service for lawful purposes only. You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the Site. You agree to use the Site and to purchase services or products through the Site for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only. You shall not post or transmit through the Site any material which violates or infringes the rights of others, or which is threatening, abusive, defamatory, libellous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable, contains injurious formulas, recipes, or instructions, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.

Refusal of Service

 

The Services are offered subject to our acceptance of your order or requests. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so. No order is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site or Service, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.
 

We may make changes to these terms

We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. We may make changes to our site We may update and change our site from time to time to reflect changes to our services, our users' needs and our business priorities.

We may suspend or withdraw our site

We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted.

We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons.

We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our site.

Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you

  • We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Different limitations and exclusions of liability will apply to liability arising as a result of the supply of our therapy services to you, which will be set out therapy agreement.
     

We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them

We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site.

You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

Rules about linking to our site

You may link to our home page or blog posts, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. Entire Agreement Waiver

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Good Therapy Ltd pertaining to the Site and Service and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between us. No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement by Good Therapy Ltd shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by Dr Claire Plumbly, Director of Good Therapy Ltd
.

Which country's laws apply to any disputes?

If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
