She has developed her ACT therapy skills to the point where she teaches fellow therapists, and is a highly valued member of Plum Psychology, sought after for her clarity, calm approach and attention to detail.
I am a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with many years of experience in both the NHS and private practice, supporting adults from diverse backgrounds. Alongside my therapy work, I also have a training position - teaching Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to other psychological therapists.
My approach is tailored to you, drawing on evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Above all, I offer a safe, non-judgemental and compassionate space where you can feel heard and supported as you move towards a life that feels more balanced, meaningful and fulfilling.
