Dr Rebecca Moran is a Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC; Reg: PYL041023). She provides online therapy for individuals aged 16 and over.

Her work is formulation-driven, meaning that therapy begins with developing a shared psychological understanding of each person's experiences and current difficulties. This collaborative process ensures that treatment is tailored to the individual's unique needs, strengths, and goals. While EMDR is at the heart of Rebecca's practice, she draws on a range of evidence-based psychological approaches to provide personalised, effective care.

Rebecca's aim is to help clients make sense of their experiences, process and heal from traumatic experiences, build on their existing strengths, and develop the confidence and resilience to create meaningful, lasting change. She believes that therapy should not only reduce distress but also support people in building a life that feels fulfilling and aligned with their personal values.
